This new, very attractive and quite Apartment Complex is situated on an elevated site, in the elegant residential area of Los Cristianos with apartments overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The beach of Los Cristianos is 15 minutes walk away from the complex.
There are 201 one bedroom and 48 two bedroom apartments spread over 4 blocks A-B-C-D. Block A consists of 4 floors and many of the apartments overlook the swimming pool and the sun bathing area. There are lifts to all floors, and blocks.
Available to rent is a one bedroom apartment situated in Block A on the second floor. The apartment benefit from sun-drenched terrace, complete with patio furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen and a fully fitted bathroom. It is capable of sleeping up to 4 people comfortably with additional sofa bed in the spacious lounge. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is provided with full tableware, linen, crockery, toaster, electric kettle, electric iron,television and a microwave with weekly linen change.
To reach the hotel from Reina Sofia Airport the taxi fare one way is approximately 25 Euro. Ask for "The Heights" in Los Cristionos.(behind Castle Harbour), however a pick and drop service to and from the airport is available at a total cost of 40 Euros.If you require this service please mention at the time of booking.
Price: £200.00 per week. A deposit of £50.00 is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. On receipt of the final payment, a letter of authorisation and details about keys to the apartment will be sent to you.
On site you will have a contact for any problems you might find and they also hold a spare key for emergencies.
